Always a nervous affair dropping metal heated to 723 degrees C into freezing water. Anyway, here is the Clarke parts re-coloured. Thanks to Doug for the mix from Brownells in the US and his advice on the ration. Hammers could be better but I’m pretty happy with the rest of it.

I had completely written off this little gun. The barrels were dreadfully pitted and I thought at best it would be a sleeve job. However, wonders have been worked.
