Hi folks, the Greener has a problem it appears. The left hand barrel hammer and sears appear to be malfunctioning…possibly due to wear…A Tig welder is a great tool. The Tig was used to extend the sears. Careful job this as they have to be just the right length.

I’ve started to dismantle the Charles Lancaster Boxlock. It’s got a very interesting trigger action and I’ve created a small video of it working prior to it’s breaking down for cleaning up.

I've attempted a video on blacking an item, in this case a trigger, in the hope it might be a useful review of the "Cold Oxide" product from Caswell. I've found this system to be excellent so far and will try other parts during the restoration process.
